On July 27, 2024, Charles V. Sands, Age 89, peacefully passed away in Hanover, PA. Born in Baltimore, MD in 1934, he was the son of the late Victor F. Sands and Mildred V. Armstrong Sands. Residing most all his life in Baltimore, Charles worked for IBM many years, eventually moving to Hanover, PA.
Charles is survived by his ex-wife and friend; Dorothy and he was beloved by his entire extended family.
