Charles L. Krieger, Jr.

On July 4, 2008, Charles L. Krieger, Jr., a North Linthicum resident of 48 years, born August 28, 1924, in Baltimore to Anna Marie and Charles Krieger, Sr., loving husband, of 53 years, to the late Virginia T. (nee Souders) Krieger, beloved father of James L. Krieger and his wife Betty, Catherine A. Krieger, Robert W. Krieger, Donald P. Krieger and his wife Joyce, John E. Krieger and his wife Pam and the late Thomas C. Krieger, admired brother of Mary Clair Reynolds, Paul I. Krieger and the late J. Gerard Krieger, also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Mr. Krieger served in the Army Air Corps in WW II after which he worked for A.T.& T. for 38 years as an engineer. He enjoyed time with his family, bowling, playing cards, Bocci ball, watching the Ravens, swimming and traveling.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday and Tuesday, July 7 & 8, 2008 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 9:00 AM in St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Linthicum, MD. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park. Donations may be made in remembrance to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
