On Wednesday, March 25th, 2009, Mr. Charles E. Brown, loving son of Grace Brake (nee Anderson); cherished brother of Gary Brown, James Brown, Patricia Brown, Robin France and the late Robert Brown; as well as several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
