On January 11, 2016, Charles W. Blucher, Jr., went to be with his Lord. He is the loving father of Charles A. Blucher and his wife Susan Brannigan, Thelma M. Robinson and her husband Joseph, Joseph N. Blucher and his wife Robin, cherished grandfather of Kyle, Kimberly, Roger, Jason, Jordon and Nick, devoted great-grandfather of Katlynn, Roger, Jr., Christine and Ray, Jr., brother of the late Dorothy M. O'Connor, also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Blucher rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Thursday and Friday, January 14th and 15th, 2016, from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 16th, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
