On September 8th, 2019, Charles B. Brown, age 87, passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Patsy A. Brown, devoted father to Charles B. Brown, Jr., David W. Brown and his wife Darleen, Richard L. Brown, and Bruce R. Brown; cherished grandfather of David W. Brown, Jr., Jason K. Brown, Dana N. Brown, and Stacy J. Brown; loving great-grandfather to Kylie J. Brown and Jason David Brown; dear brother of Elmer Brown and Mae Brown; also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3-5pm and 7-9pm at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC. 4107 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229. A Funeral will be held on Thursday 1pm also at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME. Interment will immediately follow the service at Loudon Park Cemetery.
