On November 29, 2018, Charlene A. Smith was greeted in Heaven by her parents, James and Doris Smith, along with her sister, Kathleen. She will be missed by her siblings, James Smith, Jr. and his wife, Cindy, Gloria Smith, and Richard Smith and his wife, Annette; nephews and their families, Jason Smith, Jerome Smith, Jeremy Smith, Joseph Smith, and Richard Smith, Jr.; and a host of cousins and friends. Charlene rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Her Funeral Service will follow at 8pm. Interment will be held privately. Flowers will be graciously accepted but donations in her memory can be directed to the American Cancer Society, 636 W Lexington St, Baltimore, MD 21201.
