On April 6, 2013, Cecelia Helen (nee Arnold) Urban, beloved wife of the late Theodore Vincent (Pete) Urban, loving mother of William Albert Urban and his wife Betsy A. Urban, Theodore Arnold Urban and his wife the late Carol L. Urban, and the late Robert Vincent Urban, cherished grandmother of Amy P. Jefferies and her husband Brandon Jefferies, Michelle N. Indelicato, Sean J. Urban and Olivia B. Urban, admired great-grandmother of Brittany, Brendan, Ryan, Nathaniel, Samantha, Anthony, and the late Elijah and Matthew.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 10:30 AM in the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 2130 Woodlawn Drive, Woodlawn, Maryland 21207.
