On February 27, 2015, Cecelia E. Jackson was reunited with her husband, Chester E. Jackson and her two sons, James Lloyd Jackson and Chester Elbridge Jackson, Jr.. Her legacy of love will continue with her children, Debra Mann and her husband, George, David Jackson, and Steven Jackson; her grandchildren, Sarah, Roland, Sonja, April, David, Jr., Joseph, Jennifer, Rachel, Steven, Jr., Megan, Blake, Jamie, Kelly, and Melinda; her great grandchildren,Carson, Gracie, Riley, Ryan, Olivia, Ashleigh, Lillianna, Julian, Lily, Carly, One baby girl due soon, Kamren, Jorden, Michael, and Turner. Cecelia was a proud native of Baltimore who lived her whole life here. She was one of three brothers and five sisters who is survived by her only sibling, a brother, Charles Lindburg Ensey.
Mrs. Jackson rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 where friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015 from 4-7pm. Her funeral service will be on Wednesday at 10am. Interment will follow in Loudon Park Cemetery. Flowers will be graciously accepted, but donations in her memory may be directed to the American Heart Association, Memorial & Tribute Processing Ctr., Glen Allen, VA 23060.
