On August 31, 2017, Carol Elaine Kirby Gange, went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved daughter of the late Virginia I. A. (nee Itzel) and George E. Kirby, loving mother of Carol Suzan Nicholas and her husband Gary and David Russell Lloyd, cherished sister of Mina Kirby Carah and Mark Edward Kirby.A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at 1:00 PM in Halethorpe-Relay United Methodist Church, 4513 Ridge Avenue, Halethorpe, Maryland 21227. Interment at a later date.
