Carlton "Dean" Tucker, 49, passed away May 5, 2018 from complications due to heart surgery. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Alice Faye Baum and step-daughter, Ashley Dawn Elder. Survivors include his beloved spouse and soulmate, John Michael Elder; siblings:  Gene Leslie Tucker and Linda, John Arthur Tucker, Robert Tucker, Mona Gail Summerhill, and Brian Heath Tucker; 5 step-children and 5 grandchildren.
Dean rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Saturday, May 26, 2018. His family will receive friends from 9-11am and his memorial service will follow at 11am. Dean will be inurned at a later date.
