On January 5, 2022, Candy Howard died in Glen Burnie of cardiac arrest. She was 65 years old.
Candy Howard is survived by her husband Ronald Howard; their children, Carey Howard (Leah) and Ashley Dostie (Berek) and her 6 grandchildren; and her sister Nancy Duvall (Robert). She was preceded in death by her parents Doris and Oliver Bullen; and her in-laws Hilda and Jim Howard.
Candy Howard was born on January 28, 1956 in Baltimore, Maryland. She graduated from Andover High School in 1974.
Candy married Ronald Howard in 1979. They met through mutual friends. Then in 1982 they welcomed a son, Carey and then their daughter, Ashley, in 1984. Candy loved talking on the phone for hours a day, spending time with her friends and family, staying up late in her younger years and drinking coffee. She was known to be very generous person to anyone she met.
