On August 27, 2014, Billy E. Taylor, Sr. passed away at St. Agnes Hospital. Born in West Virginia on May 31, 1933 to the late Samuel H. & Louise Matty Robinette Taylor he moved to Baltimore as a teenager and resided in the Baltimore area until his death. Billy and his late wife Joann were married in 1960 and after retiring from Proctor & Gamble after more than 30 years of service he and his wife traveled extensively. He is survived by his daughter Rosemary Fitzsimmons and son Jim Taylor as well as granddaughters Kelly Fitzsimmons & Tasha Robertson. Along with his wife, he was predeceased by his son Billy, Jr. and brothers Buddy & Jack Taylor. Mr. Taylor rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, 4107 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD where friends are invited to call on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014 from 5PM to 8PM. Billy's funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11AM.
