On , April 11, 2023, Betty Jo Mowbray, went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved wife of Herman W. Mowbray, loving mother of the late Larry Mowbray, Terri Mowbray Cearfoss and her husband Todd Cearfoss, cherished grandmother of Ryan Szech, Jason Szech, Lauren Szech, and her partner Ralph Rizio, Aaron Szech, devoted great-grandmother to Jackson Antonio Rizio, adored sister of Brenda Arrington, and many nieces and nephews. Her family was her life, second only to her faith.
Visitation will be held on Monday April 17th 2023, at Hubbard Funeral Home, Inc. from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 18th 2023, at 11:00 am in the Hubbard Funeral Home, Inc., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229, interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
