Tribute
On December 31, 2019, Elma Barbara (nee King) Francis went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved daughter of the late Margaret Catherine (nee Fewster) and Wilbert Howard King, Sr., the loving wife of the late Harry L. Francis, Jr., cherished mother of Jeff Francis and Mike Francis and his wife Kathy, admired grandmother of Kaelyn and Karlee Francis, devoted sister of Catherine Whitehead and her husband Tom and the late Wilbert (Butch) King, sister-in-law of Teresa King, aunt of Amelia Whitehead, Jason King, Craig King, Kristin Rodgers, Jamie Lapusnik and survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Francis rests at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations may be made to the Fraternal Order of Police.
