On May 25, 2014, after a long illness. Aurora V. "Nene" Jacobo was born on July 6, 1942 in the Philippines. She was a talented singer and entertainer who also worked for the State of Maryland for over 20 years. She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Jacobo; sisters, Myrna Sotto and her husband, Al and Erlinda Dalidi and her husband, Lito; brothers, Romeo Jacobo and his wife, Ludy, Proceso Jacobo and his wife, Erlinda, and Ramiro Jacobo and his wife, Raquel; sister in laws, Dr. Lourdes Jacobo and Loretta Jacobo; and fifteen nieces and eight nephews.
Ms. Jacobo rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 where friends are invited to call on Monday, June 2nd, 2014 from 6-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mark Catholic Chapel, 30 Melvin Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014 at 10am. Interment in New Cathedral Cemetery to follow.
