On August 10, 2013, Arnold "Ugg" Scott, loving son of the late Virginia (nee Shaver) and John Scott, beloved father of Randy Scott Sr. and his wife Valli, Arnold Scott Jr. and Tabatha Marie Roberts, cherished grandfather of Ryan, Randy Jr., Zachary, Cameron, Madison, and Richard Jr., admired brother of Robert Shaver, Wanda Bopst, Joann Hillebrandt, Tom Scott, Mike Scott and the late Donald Scott Sr., Shirley Houck and Stevie Scott, also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews, loving sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law.

Visitation will be held at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229, on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM and where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August, 14, 2013 at 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229.
