On June 28, 2013, Andrew C. Phillips, Sr. loving husband of Virginia R. Phillips, devoted son of Minnie G. (nee Yowell) and the late Andrew L. Phillips, cherished father of Andrew C. Phillips, Jr. and his wife Selena, Michelle Lingelbach, Cherri Lingelbach and Matthew Cawley, devoted grandfather of Jenna, Kahlya, Tristen, Bree and Lilly, honored great-grandfather of Serena.

Mr. Phillips rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive friends and family on Monday, July 1, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Avenue Baltimore, Maryland 21229.
