Algard J. (Boots) Bell On June 5, 2011, Algard Joseph (Boots) Bell, beloved husband of Patricia W. (nee Wolfe) Bell and the late Mary Evelyn (nee Raley) Bell; loving father of Carol Menton and her husband Ralph, Deborah Brannan and her husband Robert, Susan Monroe, Patrice Murrell and her husband Scott, Pamela Perkins and her husband Ed, Kathy Green and her husband Jeff, Kathryn Morley and her husband Jack, Evelyn Logsdon and her husband Bruce, Julia Hesson and her husband Timothy and the late Kim Thornton; also survived by 21 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Boots was a self employed Accountant, he served for many years as the accountant for the Baltimore Colts, the Maryland Sports Authority and the Maryland Horse Racing Commission. Boots served in the Navy during WWII, arriving at Pearl Harbor 2 weeks after Japan invaded. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2011from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery, Baltimore, Maryland.
