On November 18, 2014, Aileen Marie Tapp passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.Born on August 30, 1936 to the late Robert & Nellie Poole she later married Roy J.L. Tapp who predeceased her in 1990.Marie retired from Harbor Hospital as a unit secretary after nearly 40 years of service.She cared for her family dearly and enjoyed dancing and was an animal lover.She will be missed by all you knew her.
Marie is survived by her dear sons, Michael R. Tapp & his wife Pamela, Robert C. Tapp & his wife Teresa, Donald J. Tapp & his wife Laura and Kenneth L. Tapp & his wife Darlene.She also leaves behind her loving grandchildren, Angela Hess & her husband Tony, James Tapp, Josh Gill & his wife Jane, Eric Tapp & his wife Christina, Kevin Tapp & Brianna Tapp.She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Addy Mooney, Jocelyn Gill, Mickie Gill and Winona Hess as well as her siblings, Herbert Poole & his wife Joyce and Lillian McNulty.
Mrs. Tapp rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, 4107 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore where friends can call on Friday, Nov. 21st from 2-4PM & 6-8PM.Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 11AM.Interment will follow in Loudon Park Cemetery.
