On August 29th, 2010, Adele Hooper Phillips (nee Kelly), of Charlestown Retirement Community; beloved wife of the late Wallace Phillips; loving mother of Walter Hooper and his wife Nancy; grandmother of Mitch Hooper and his wife Cindy, Kathy, Daisey and her husband William; "Great Gram" of Michael, Jonathan and Alison Daisey.

Interment will be private. No flowers by request and donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
