Visitation will be held at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC. 4107 Wilkens Avenue on Wednesday from 6 to 9 PM and at the Epworth United Methodist Church, 600 Warren Road, Cockeysville, Maryland 21030, on Thursday from 9 to 10 AM when funeral services will be held. Interment to follow at 2:30 PM in Overlook Cemetery, Bridgeton, NJ. Memorial donations may be made to the "Victoria E. Cordell Educational Fund, % Epworth United Methodist Church"
